unlearning what no longer fits. rebuilding in a way that actually does.

Forget perfection and the polished, performative versions of success—I’m here for truth-telling, messy action, and building systems that actually work for humans. Whether I’m crafting stories that challenge the status quo, guiding people to realign with what actually fits, or designing strategies that make success sustainable, my work is about more than just growth—it’s about creating a life that feels true to you.

Author
I write about the messy, uncomfortable, and necessary work of alignment—what it means to lead, connect, and live in a way that actually fits. My upcoming book is a guide for anyone ready to stop performing and start showing up fully—in work, leadership, and life.

Consultant
I help people and teams untangle the misalignment that’s keeping them stuck—whether in their leadership, business, or broader life. This isn’t about following someone else’s blueprint; it’s about reconnecting with your own and designing systems that actually work for you.

Founder
As a co-founder of an operations startup, we help leaders and teams build sustainable, aligned, and scalable ways of working—without burning themselves (or their people) out. Whether it’s reworking operations, streamlining collaboration, or designing systems that actually support humans, my focus is on long-term success—not just short-term wins.

what I do

let’s create a world where ambition, impact, and well-being can actually coexist.

From scaling startups to redefining success on my own terms…

I’ve learned that growth doesn’t have to come at the cost of yourself. My work is about helping people and businesses expand with clarity, integrity, and alignment—without burning out in the process.

I’ve walked the path from misalignment to sustainable success more times than I can count...

And I know firsthand that the journey is messy, but worth it. Whether it’s work, leadership, or life as a whole, I help people reconnect with what actually feels right—and build systems that support them in staying there.

Let’s redefine success — together.

Success isn’t about fitting a mold; it’s about honoring what actually matters to you. It’s about ambition that fuels you instead of draining you, impact that aligns with your values, and well-being that isn’t an afterthought. Together, let’s build something that fits.

What Collaborators & Clients Are Saying

"Running a company is hard—especially if you have a virtual team with people living and working across multiple time zones. It's not easy to rally everyone around the same unified vision, get aligned, and get the right things done. You need a powerful leader who can make this happen and that person is Brittany Martin. She's extraordinary at getting a team in formation (as Beyoncé would say!) so that people hit KPIs while thriving at work. Whether you want to launch a new offer into the marketplace, scale your business to eight figures, or make history, Brittany is the person you want leading your team to victory. "

Alexandra Franzen, best-selling author, award-winning editor, co-founder of One Idea Books and Gifts

“Working with Brittany has been such a meaningful and transformative experience for me. She has been a listening ear, a motivational coach, a compassionate guide, and an amazing leader who truly cares about her team. Her support and insight have been so impactful.
Brittany’s brilliance is unmatched—she has this incredible ability to think strategically while also creating systems and structures that actually work. She laid such a strong foundation at Hello Seven, and her coaching has pushed me to grow and develop skills I never thought I’d master.”

Hayley Hart, Director of Operations at Hello Seven

"I don’t know what is about Brittany, but I always felt I could be completely honest with her—never hiding what I was feeling, from overwhelmed and defeated to on top of the world. She just listened and always soothed me with her wisdom in the most delicate and supportive ways."

Tara Tagliaferro, Storyteller + Sacred Space Creator

"My highly analytical approach often keeps me from seeing the bigger picture in terms of creative planning - Brittany could not have been a better partner for me. Her can-do attitude, resourcefulness, & knockout business acumen makes her the kind of superwoman you want in your inner circle!"

Emily Jackson, Easton Porter Group

a little more

about me

On paper, I’ve checked the boxes: C-suite leader, mom of four (two biological, two bonus), founder, and like a model citizen of late-stage capitalism, I own a house in the suburbs complete with a pool and backyard playset. By many standards, I’m nailing it and living the dream and checking all the boxes of societal acceptability.

But if there’s anything I’ve learned, it’s this: checking the boxes doesn’t mean you’re aligned.

For years, I tried to fit into systems that weren’t built for me. I started my career in corporate America—specifically in banking—until it became clear (for me and them) that I wasn’t a great fit. So, I did what many of us do when we realize a system isn’t working: I left. I built my own business. And in doing so, I learned what it actually takes to create something from the ground up: grit, creativity, and the ability to move forward even when there’s no clear roadmap.

Those years taught me lessons no corporate job ever could. I learned how to build systems that work for people, lead through growth and setbacks, and trust myself—even when things got messy. More than anything, I learned that leadership isn’t about control; it’s about alignment, adaptability, and showing up as a human first.

At Hello Seven, I took everything I’d learned about entrepreneurship and applied it to help scale an eight-figure company redefining how entrepreneurs build wealth. My role as President was about keeping the big picture in focus while making sure the day-to-day operations actually worked. I loved it (most of the time).

But what I’m most proud of? The way we built systems that actually supported people. We moved from a top-down structure to one that decentralized decision-making, allowing the team to step into ownership instead of just execution. We built workflows and planning strategies that weren’t just efficient—but sustainable. Because scaling a business isn’t just about growth. It’s about making sure that growth actually aligns with your values, your people, and your purpose.

And before all that? My career was a patchwork of scrappy, real-world jobs—crumbing tables at Ruth’s Chris, unloading trucks at Trader Joe’s, nannying on the Upper West Side, and acting Off-Off Broadway (yes, that’s a thing) as I built a life in NYC. Each experience shaped the way I see people, work, and the messy, beautiful ways we connect.

Through it all, one thing has remained constant: My belief that success isn’t about checking boxes. It’s about alignment.

That’s what my work is about—whether I’m writing, coaching, or helping leaders and teams build businesses that actually work for humans. It’s not about perfection. It’s about telling the truth, unlearning the systems that aren’t serving us, and creating something better.

Now, I live in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, raising my two young boys, founding my own startup, and continuing to figure it out as I go—because building something meaningful is always a work in progress.

Ready to build something that actually fits?

Let’s rethink what it means to create, lead, and grow—without sacrificing yourself in the process.

Whether you’re redefining your ambitions, reworking your business, or unlearning the rules that no longer serve you, I help people and teams build in ways that are sustainable, human, and deeply aligned.

Because success shouldn’t come at the cost of your well-being.

Let’s get real, get aligned, and create change.
